• All repairs are warranted for 90 days on parts and labor. Only the parts we replaced are covered by warranty,
  not the entire tool.
• Problems not specified on your repair request may be missed during repair and will not be covered under repair
  warranty. Please be sure to tell us exactly what you want done.
• All repairs must meet OSHA rules, if safety guards or grounding devices are missing or if cords are cut or spliced
  they will be replaced.
• Tools will be repaired and returned via UPS
• Estimates are only performed if specified or if the repair will cost more than half of our selling price for a new unit.
• There will be a $15.00 estimate fee on all tools returned less repair.
• The estimate fee will be waived if you have the tool repaired or purchase a new one from us.
• All unrepaired tools will be shipped back to you at your cost and unassembled.
• If an estimate is performed and the $15.00 fee is not paid the tool will not be returned.
• Please remember: an estimate is just that - 95% of the time the repair will cost exactly what you were quoted,
  unfortunately sometimes an unforeseen part may be broken or worn that we were unable to see while doing the
  estimate. If this occurs and the part is inexpensive we will add it to the repair cost, otherwise we will notify you of the
  new price so you can decide if you still want the repairs done.
